DBT Skills Class Schedule

  • We offer two Adult DBT Skills Groups, each meeting weekly for 90 minutes. Group is broken up up into three, eight week long modules, each module focusing on a different set of DBT skills. 


    Tuesdays 6:00-7:30pm, in-person

  • We offer two middle-school age DBT Skills Groups, meeting weekly for 60 minutes. Group is broken up into four, six week long modules, each module focusing on a different set of DBT skills.

  • ​We offer three high-school age DBT groups, meeting weekly for 60 minutes. Group is broken up into four, six week long modules, each module focusing on a different set of DBT skills.

  • ​This group meets weekly for 60 minutes for 9 weeks.  This is a required component of the Adolescent Program.  To learn more about this group please visit our Teen DBT Program details here.

  • ​This group meets weekly for 60 minutes for 9 weeks.  This is not a required component of the Adolescent Program.  This class takes a deeper dive in to the DBT skills learned in the required Parent/Caregiver class. We get in to more personal specifics and further our DBT skills knowledge with additional skills not previously learned.

  • We offer a high-school age RO DBT group, meeting weekly for 60 minutes. This group is a 30 week program that teaches all of the RO DBT skills to help our clients with flexibility, openness, receptivity, emotional expression, emotional awareness, and social-connectedness. 


    Tuesdays 4:45-5:45pm, in-person

Please reach out with questions, to find out our next module start date, or to schedule an assessment. DBT skills class members do not have to see a therapist in our office for individual therapy, however, we do require all members to attend weekly individual therapy while in skills class. ​
