Treatment Philosophy::

 believe that all humans share a basic desire to be well and happy, and to avoid distress and suffering. Sometimes we just don’t know how to do that, and we try to find relief in ways that work short-term and hurt us in the long run.

I will work to help you identify your goals for treatment and life – what makes life worth living for you? And then we'll work toward building that life, using an approach that is non-judgmental and compassionate.
