Treatment Philosophy::

I was pulled to therapy work because I find my passion in being a helper. In our sessions, my goal is to walk with you to address thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are causing distress or disruption in your life or have you feeling like you’re just out of reach of feeling happiness or peace. I believe that we are all experts in our life journey, and I’d like to pair up with you to identify your strengths, supports, and interests and link them with how you can achieve concrete goals. Goals lead to change and change gets closer and closer to building a life worth living.

With me, you can expect unconditional support, acceptance, honesty and validation. You can expect to feel challenged, empowered, and commended, while also being allowed to balance relishing moments of lightness with the need for moments of gravity. You can also rest assured that your cultural values, identity, and beliefs will be noted, celebrated, and incorporated into treatment in whichever way you see fit. So–how can I help?

“Nourishing yourself in a way that helps you blossom in the direction you want to go is attainable, and you are worth the effort”
