Liza Reed is a licensed marriage and family therapist and licensed professional counselor in Georgia (#MFT001300) (#LPC008873) with advanced training in working with high-conflict couples and families. She specializes in working with couples and families in high-conflict and transition, anxiety disorders, OCD and personality disorders. Liza was regularly featured as the appearing psychotherapist on TLC's television program Hoarding: Buried Alive and Sister Wives and travels throughout Georgia to speak on issues of mental health for numerous organizations, including Georgia Division of Aging; Alzheimer’s Association; select private schools and organizations that employ social workers, nurses and other healthcare professionals. Liza received her Masters of Science in Miami, Florida at Barry University with specialties in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. Since then, Liza has practiced in outpatient hospital settings working with severe and persistent mental illness, with teens struggling with behavioral disorders in a psychiatric residential treatment facility, at The Anxiety and Stress Management Institute specializing in anxiety disorders, and private practice working with individuals, couples and families.
